Simple tool for a simplejob.l used it to detemine that my ground rod to my service was obviously cut off and was not presenting < 25 ohms so l added a second ground
rod and measured again and in my case.I had to add a third due to the shadlow soil.This could save you time and momkey if you are an elecrician as you can determine if
a single grond rod meets the standard of 25 ohms or less before you get your inspector telling you.

Comes in a decent quality carrying case that holds everything well enough. Quality of the unit is what you’d expect from this price point. Seems to work just fine, but I haven’t had a chance to compare it to a more expensive meter. Directions are pretty clearly translated from Chinese, so there is the occasional guesswork involved in reading them.
